Product Description

Similar to the spinal endoscope, the foramoscope is a tube equipped with light, which enters the intervertebral foramen from the side or the back of the patient's body (either flat or oblique), and performs surgery in the safe working triangle area. When surgery is performed outside the annulus fibrosus of the intervertebral disc, the protruding nucleus pulposus, nerve roots, dural sac, and hyperplastic bone tissue can be clearly seen under direct endoscopy. Then, various types of grasping forceps were used to remove the protruding tissue, microscopic bone removal, and radiofrequency electrodes to repair the damaged annulus fibrosus. The surgical trauma is small: the skin incision is only 7mm, the size of a soybean grain, the bleeding is less than 20ml, and only one stitch is sutured after the operation. It is the minimally invasive therapy for intervertebral disc herniation with the least trauma and the best effect in similar operations.

Product description:
Foraminal endoscopic instruments are composed of endoscope, light source system, video recording and monitoring system and operating system, among which the operating system is composed of special equipment, radio frequency ablation and so on.

Features:
With brightness adjustment, contrast adjustment, user mode definition, three-dimensional stereo parallax adjustment, manual white balance, automatic gain, sharpness enhancement, color gain adjustment and other functions.

Instructions:
The first step: preoperative preparation, patient anesthesia, confirmation of body position, marking positioning;
Step 2: Establish a working channel: Make a skin incision of about 0.6mm at the marked place with a sharp blade, and puncture the ligamentum flavum with a dilation guide rod. Insert the working sleeve along the guide rod to the ligamentum flavum;
The third step: adjust the image to bite off the ligamentum flavum and enter the spinal canal;
The fourth step: nucleus pulposus removal, radiofrequency ablation of the nucleus pulposus.

Advantages:

  1. Visual operation, high safety factor, clear vision, can avoid nerve or blood vessel damage;
  2. Short operation time: 60-90 minutes;
  3. Low recurrence rate: less than 3%;
  4. The amount of bleeding is very small, and generally patients will not experience obvious pain;
  5. Does not destroy paraspinal muscles, ligaments, and does not affect the stability of the spine;
  6. Fast recovery, you can go to the ground the next day after the operation, and return to normal work and physical exercise in an average of 3-6 weeks;Minimally invasive, local anesthesia, doctors and patients can communicate directly during surgery.
  7. Accurately remove the prominent nucleus pulposus under fiberoptic microscope;
  8.  The patient has less trauma and pain, wide indications, good long-term efficacy, flexible operation, easy to learn and use. Can handle almost all types of intervertebral disc herniation, some spinal stenosis, intervertebral foramen stenosis, calcification and other bone lesions.

Indications:
Foramoscopy has a very wide range of indications and can be applied to almost all lumbar disc herniations, including spinal stenosis, foraminal stenosis, especially discogenic pain and so on.
