The 7 Holes Clavicle Hook Locking Plate is an implant designed to treat lateral clavicle fractures and acromioclavicular joint dislocations. The system offers a variety of plate profiles, including button hook plates, short hook plates, and long hook plates, to accommodate different anatomical structures and fracture types.

Design Features:
The system includes three low-profile plate profiles, each with improved anatomical fit and reduced build protrusion, designed to reduce soft tissue irritation and associated pain.
Each plate profile has three hook depths (9 mm, 12 mm, and 15 mm) to accommodate the angle of the subacromial space in a wide range of patient populations.
The hook depth and angle are enhanced, based on an analysis of more than 120 shoulder CT scans, to reduce the contact area of the hook's contact point with the underside of the acromion.
